During time, number of employees in Institute changed. Lately, the Institute put an accent on engaging new experts.

In the Institute, great attention is on educating the personnel. From the moment of establishing the Institute, two employees have acquired title of Ph.D., later they left Institute and continued their career on Universities. Three employees with master title have acquired their diplomas on universities in Belgrade and Bari – Italy. Two trainees in Institute are on Ph.D. studies on Faculty of Civil Engineering in Belgrade. In order to improve quality of business activities within erosion control and geo-morphology, starting from January 2020 Institute has included respected professor from Faculty of natural and mathematic sciences in Banja Luka, prof Radislav Tosic, Ph.D., according to legislation regulation for additional work engagement.
